About Kalkan

The Kalkan Dive Centre is a PADI Five Star dive resort, British/Turkish owned and managed. Kalkan Dive Centre operates from the beautiful Kalamar Beach Club. Shore dives are taken in the crystal clear waters of Kalamar Bay which are abundant in marine life, including; rainbow wrasse, barracuda, sea bream, bonita, octopus, sea turtles etc. and antique amphoras.

The calm waters of Kalamar Bay are suitable for inexperienced and first time divers. Kalamar Beach Club, 1.5 kilometres from the town centre on lovely Kalamar Bay.

The Kalamar beach Club is quite spacious and has numerous swimming platforms with sun beds and umbrellas right next to the gorgeous clear sparkling Mediterranean waters. It also has a very good restaurant and bar.
